The MN-294 hex socket insert nut is a reliable solution for creating a metric thread in wood and wood-based materials such as chipboard, MDF, or solid wood - both soft (pine, birch) and hard (beech, oak, ash, hornbeam). It can be used as a height adjuster socket, a connecting element in furniture, or in carpentry structures. The insert has a 90° flange angle and requires chamfering to flush the flange with the surface. High durability is ensured by the use of a zinc-aluminum alloy (ZnAl), which provides resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. Thanks to the M8 thread, installation is quick and convenient.
